SAt nite music in the bar
had a jolly time in the jolly village ( but on the outskirts of london!) club listening to live music which one of my sisters invited me to - singer + rhythm and bass and just did some slapdash sketches...
( SNP - if i go draw in certain places - cafs, bars, buses, etc i like to take a home made pad - i feel more relaxed and i've noticed others around r also more chilled
- SNP = just bits of A4 paper maybe A4 or otherwise folded in 1/2 or 1/4s held 2gether with some sort of clippy thing :) )

Went sketching this afternoon - bunch of us - bout - wot? 5 or 10 people maybe 15ish, all just chilling out drawing... remembered when i was a kid and then adolescent and even as an adult i'd feel weird if i'd draw so i'd feel really awkward adn strange. now - specially with meet up + facebook groups i find loads of people r doing it :) And nother thing is it's all types of people / ages etc & all different styles :)
for any fellow drawers ( or any sort of hobby really ) who dont already know i really recommend u chk out facebook groups and meetup.com ... here's the one i goes to fridays but like i say theres loads more besides http://www.meetup.com/Cafe-Sketchers/ :) !!

that i'm putting them on my blog i realise i shoulda also taken a coupla
fotos of the actual band / people / bar ... oh well i'll do that next
time round - gotta learn from one's mistakes i guess ( which should
mean when i get to be 100 i'm gonna be very wise indeed:) !! )

OK so i started a facebook album about drawing a friend each day... maybe some1 i already know... maybe some1 i just meet at that moment... i wanna just have a good time with the old / new friend - enjoy the moment and just do it wotever

....so yeah, went for a drink or 2 with Serap, a lovely student from istanbul whom i was teaching in the english language school across the road... so wot a gr8 way to spend thurs. afternoon - chatting to a friend and drawing her in a nice old pub in old london town :)

Hmmm... well, welcome
to my drawing diary... 2day i'm starting off with this diary and not
sure how it'll go... will any1 even read it???? but so anyway let's just begin and see, yeah?

most but NOT every single day – dont want the stress / computering
